Larry, What application are you trying to print the 3x5 card in? (i.e., on OS X or Unix?) I would set up a page-sized page with the appropriate number of 3x5 outlines, and put the content in each of them. Then buy the right paper from Staples, which has 3x5 pre-set on it, ready to "tear" off. Print a page of them, then break it into individual cards. Hope this helps...
