[iBook] Logic Board again

Hi, Im Bradley, I have had my MLB replaced under the recall program 4 
times. I was wondering if it is worth the time to complain for a new 
iBook or to just toss mine away or give it to a relative. Oh and if its 
better to leave 10.2.8 or upgrade to panther. If you have any 
suggestiont they are greately appreciated.
