[iBook] iBook Display Angle Problem

Hello!
A local seller claims this is the issue (and solution) with their  
Apple iBook 800 MHz Display 12.1" TFT XGA :

screen more/less that angle of 90 degrees the screen comes in black, 
but anyway you can use the computer without problem, i already check 
this problem with apple and is a fabrication problem with this model to 
fix this you need to pay around 80$
