I've used the Sabrent USB 2.0 to IDE/SATA Cable for 2.5" / 3.5" / 
5.25" Drive with Power Adapter with great success to clone 10GB and 
20GB partitions on 2.5" laptop drives, 3.5" pATA and 3.5" SATA drives 
over USB 1.1. I haven't had a chance yet to see about any 5.25" 
drives.
