[iBook] My iBook is going to sleep very frequently

I have an iBook G4, with OS X 10.4.11

Recently this computer is changing over tp the sleep mode very often,  
I hit the return key and it comes out of it, but returns to sleep  
mode within a few seconds.

At other times this will not happen, computer operates normally

Is it the settings for sleep mode which is causing the problem.  I do  
not want this computer to go sleep, what are the settings for this.

All help appreciated.
