Was the replacement as hard as it seems online? I REALLY wanted to replace
the drive on my 12" 1ghz iBook G4 with a 5400rpm or 7200rpm, but it seems
like such a hassle. I dont know why they dont offer those drives as cto
options....
Once the data is back on the ibook, is it ok to
delete these files? Does
the OS recreate the information when you move
it back to HFS? Or is this
a bad idea?

My hard drive replacement went very well, the online
