  Isn't PeakLE just about $50?  It handles most everything except maybe 
crossfades, & I don't imagine Toast will help ya' with that either? 
(just gaps?)

I could be wrong.. it's gettin' late & I gotta' get up & going tomorrow 
for tailgating at the Texans/Giants game.. Go Texans!!
