[iTunes] Re: re-evaluate the sound levels?

It's not clear to me that it does anything, but if selected, it makes
its adjustments to the entire iTunes library. The problem that still
has not been addressed, I believe, is that if you create a playlist of
old and new recordings, some will, perforce, be at a lower playback
level. I've tried to beat this problem by arbitrarily choosing one
track as a 'baseline' and adjusting everything else around it. It
works with uneven results. My search for a magic pill that sets all
tracks in a playlist at the same volume appears thus far to be futile.
