Syncing folders

Hi list,

As adding to my ever changing library form folders have been moved around
quite a bit gives me many duplicates I was thinking of using a sync app to
makes sure songs are only added once and then reimporting everything and
creating a new library from scratch.

I presume I'll lose all my playlists.

Any thoughts anyone.
