When Safari was flipping on me. I'd open the artwork in a window, Command-C switch to Graphic Converter. Command-J (new window with cllipboard). Flip it vertically. Select all. Drag to iTunes. A little easier for me than saving to a file. But, having said that, I really like using Clutter now.
