album covers

I brought up the help in itunes and it doesn't tell me how to get the 
album off the stores site into iTunes. If I click on the playlist where 
I want  the graphic added I can't access the graphic because it's still 
in the "store" folder and if I go back to the "store" then the graphic 
box disappears. Also I can't drag the "store" graphic to the desktop to 
do it from there. It won't budge.
I just bought an album and I'd love the cover art work if you could 
help I'd appreciate it.
