track (cut) order

What drives me nuts is iTunes insists on putting the tracks in 
alphabetical order instead of the way the are placed on the album. OR 
just as bad if they are numbered putting 10 right after track 1. It's a 
wonderful application and I shouldn't complain but shoot, that's what 
you do with "almost" perfection.
