-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I second the endorsement of the Monsoons. The make for really great near-field listening. And they look cool too. I just did a little audio upgrade to my MDD G4 system as i was getting frustrated with my USB setup. Found the M-Audio 24/96 PCI card ( http://www.m-audio.net/products/m-audio/audiophile.php ) and since it has SPDIF in & out (as well as standard analog line in/out), I connected it to an AMC DAC8 digital-to-analog converter (sorry, no URL) then out to the Monsoons. Amazing sound. Simply amazing. - -bdg On Saturday, May 24, 2003, at 05:20 AM, Charles J. Thompson wrote: > ...
