This is a wild guess. There is no implied knowledge or understanding 
of the problem implied herein. Here goes: Has the default import 
format changed perhaps? If it's normally MP3, is it now AIFF? Or 
something of the sort? I'm just throwing the guess out because you're 
on a deadline so you never know what might trigger something that's 
actually useful. Good luck.
