[iTunes] Import vs Import

Exactly the same thing, except you can also choose to import from a 
folder or other drive, instead of just from a Music CD.

The button that appears when you insert a music CD is just a courtesy 
feature, giving you a shortcut, instead of clicking "import" in the 
file menu and navigating to the CD.
