In the Advanced prefs, check Keep iTunes Folder Organized. Delete all the music from your library, then find the folder containing the originals and drag that folder onto the iTunes Library window. This will copy every track to the "correct" location. For the store, select Advanced > Authorize this computer and re-enter your information. If it says Deauthorize, do that first.
