You can back up to DVDs the same as to CDs. To make a DVD that you  
can play on a DVD player (if it's MP3 compatible) go to the iTunes  
Burning preferences and check MP3 CD. Try one to see if it works with  
your DVD player; you may not be able to get a DVD-RW to work, though.
