[iTunes] Moving a library to a different computer

I know that this has been asked a dozen times before but I've got  
some twists I need help with please.

I can get my library up on my wife's computer.

However.. I have added album cover art and some foreign language  
(greek) songs.

When I move the library to her computer, a lot of album art  
disappears (not all, just recently added), and some of the foreign  
language music goes as well.

Is there a well documented method of moving a library?

Have I found a bug?

Any help is appreciated.
