[iTunes] iPods not accessible in iTunes

I do this all the time on my laptop when I travel, and when I come  
home and attach it to the normal machine, it still syncs as normal.  
So, I don't think it should be a problem to do this. I think the  
setting is only for that iPod on the local computer.

If not, the iPod owner only needs to reset the pref in iTunes on  
their computer.
