[iTunes] Another album artwork question

All of this artwork talk made me think of a question I¹ve had a while.

Is there anyway to get iTunes¹ album art window to change WHEN ITS A
SEPARATE WINDOW? 

Weird that its static. Is it too much for the software to handle?
