[iTunes] Podcast (Radio Show) Does Not Transfer to Shuffle

Is it in AAC format or MP3 format? I've had some issues with AAC
podcasts being able to work on my shuffle. 

Check that, and to see if any of your other subscribed AAC podcasts work
on your shuffle.
