You enrolled yourself onto this list, nobody is sending you anything 
that you didn't request. When you enrolled, you received a welcome 
message that told you how to unsubscribe. Kind of rude to swear at the 
whole list because you can't keep track of things.

Notice at the bottom of every post, there is a link to the list web 
site. If you go to that website, scroll down and there is directions to 
unsubscribe by entering your email address into a box.
