[iTunes] where are they stored?

I'll try and remember that. I listen to a large number of podcasts  
each morning on my laptop. Not very much room on this machine so I  
need to keep that cleaned out.
Oh, by the way, I did update iTunes and Quicktime yesterday.  
Everything seems fine.
