[iTunes] can I do this?

I have a bunch of podcasts, newspapers and such, that I listen to  
each morning. I'm taking delivery on a new laptop this Saturday. Is  
there a way to move the podcasts to the new computer or must I re- 
subscribe to each one again?
I wanted a new intel computer so I will be able to download  
audiobooks from the library. Such a shame we can't use our iPods for  
that but I bought a MP3 player that will work with the library system.
