[iTunes] Nano rev 1 ... anyway to get video podcasts on it, so I can listen to the audio?

In particular I¹m thinking of the Webb Alert, but in general, anyway to
upload videocasts so as to play the audio of them on my rev 1 Nano?

Or maybe there¹s a hack to ³strip² the video from a videocast, leaving just
the audio..?
