[iTunes] podcast question

I'm having a problem with my Wait Wait Don't Tell Me podcasts...
when I subscribe, only 18 minutes or so comes in. If I go to the
iTunes store, it says that the episode is 47 minutes; I download
again from them, and only 18 minutes shows up in iTunes. 

can anyone help me understand what's happening and how to get
the whole episode?
