Hi Becca: I agree Cosmos is a fantastic series, however a little dated. I don't think you can burn them to DVD. Apple sells a box called Apple TV that does exactly what you want. You can rent movies through iTunes, buy movies and tv shows and subscribe to video podcasts. They are downloaded via the internet to the Apple TV hard drive and are played on your TV.
