[iTunes] itunes seems to be broken

I'm on Windows XP, and that may be what the problem is: I just
had to download a new version of Quicktime. As I said,
restarting the computer resolved the major issue, at least, in
that I got my books loaded, although the play count still
doesn't seem to function.
