[iTunes] iTunes can't find music

Every day I have books that iTunes can't find to play. The books are  
there, ~Music>iTunes>iTunes Music
But I always have to show iTunes how to find them. Any idea why this  
is happening and is there a way to stop this or has my iTunes  
developed Alzheimer's?

In iTunes Music is a list by Author, you click on that and there is a  
folder called unknown, click on that and you have the book. Having  
said that I have hundreds of books and all are arranged like this.  
This is the way the Mac loaded them. Most iTunes can find the book  
with no problem but everyday there are a few books that it can't find.
