[iTunes] Why would

[list boy]

podcasts listed (on the iTunes store) as being over an hour in length  
only actually be 20 minutes when downloaded?

Not sure if its a problem particular to me or to the podcast creator,  
but if anyone could double check me I'd appreciate it:
