[iTunes] sending a link to a podcast episode

Sort of along the same lines of the earlier question;

Is there a way to send a friend a link to a particular episode of a  
podcast?

Say, for instance, a Terry Gross interview with a Christopher  
Hitchens 2 years ago.

Would it be one of those iTunes "phobos" links?
