[iTunes] unsubscribe

I'd like to give iTunes some tough love. It started to re-download *all* my podcasts and several back episodes of them. I *think* I caught it in time before "fair use" kicked in, but I'm not sure... arugh. It's *almost* (but not quite*) enough to get me to unsub all my podcasts.
