I made a back up of all my library files before downloading the new copy of iTunes this morning. Somehow, with that backup and everything else, I've got 3 copies of all my iTunes .itl files - and there seem to be a lot of them, what with having copies of previous ones. unfortunately, rather stupidly I attached one of the library files to iTunes at 5:00 this morning, and didn't make note of which one I used. Then, this afternoon, I did a lot of changes to the iTunes library. Now I can't find the most recent .itl file to back it up. I did a search to list all the .itl files, and looked at the dates when last modified, and can't find one later than the 4:00am download that was created last night. How do I find which .itl file has all my changes in it so I can back it up? I've got a list of previous .itl backups, but the dates on them seem random... when does iTunes decide to create .itl backups for the "previous iTunes files" folder? thanks, -becca -------------------------------------------- "There is no greater hatred in the world than the hatred of ignorance for knowledge." -Galileo
