[iTunes] "Manually manage music and videos"

iTunes will not copy music or videos (or audiobooks or podcasts) automatically. To copy stuff to the device, drag items - songs, albums, artist names, etc. To remove them, you need to click the triangle next to the device icon, then select, say, Music and choose the items you want to delete, then press the Delete key.
