Yes, but you might want to join one of the Mac lists for questions of this nature. I suggest osxlist-discussion-list at googlegroups.com and the Internet Only Mac Users Group - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/iomug/files/iomug-list-info.htm.

There are a few ways to do what you want, but I use iPhoto Library Manager.

This app simplifies the process. You can also choose a library by holding down the Option key when starting iPhoto.
