[iTunes] How does one report a bug?

I understand that, but a lot of the content within the iTunes store is actually drawn using a Webkit rendering engine inside iTunes.  So that scrollbar is likely controlled by web code within that window and is not part of the iTunes application per se.  A little strange, but it may explain why it is not behaving the same (honoring "Always Show" preferences) as other scroll bars in iTunes.
