[iTunes] Bluetooth update

Must not be a firmware update needed. I bought both devices within a week of each other, same brand, name and number. Both stay plugged in all the time. I just connected the one I had plugged in but not in use. Tried the other one. Connects and plays fine and stays connected.
I ordered another one and tomorrow I'll call the man who is the manufacturer. He was very helpful when I was leaning how to use them.
