Have you tried ninewire.com I am using them for web hosting, and will probably be moving to their $14.95 unlimited dial up. They cover my town which is pretty small. They seem to be pretty much on the ball, keep you updated regarding any server problems, etc. Vicki vallwardt at mac.com
