I'd recommend you also look at Document Express 
(www.documentexpress.com). This is a deceptively powerful tool that not 
only handles direct email campaigns, but can also be used to automate 
email replies for the campaign or webforms. It works with your existing 
mail servers/programs and databases so you don't have to change your 
existing workflow. It just inserts itself where appropriate to act as a 
parser and "traffic cop" to manage your email traffic.
