[CUBE] Help! Core stuck in enclosure

I've had this problem on 2 different cubes. Each time, it was the metal
plate that fits outside the dvd drive that wasn't quite in place. It
was just out of the slot or not seated right, and it blocked the core
from coming out. I used a kitchen knife (dull blade butter knife) to
press the metal inward as I pulled the core out.

Good luck!
