Sonnet CPU upgrade

Anyone out there with the sonnet upgrade:

Have you had any problems?
Do you have the coma issue?
What does the Cube installation kit consist of?
Does the system freeze at all?
Does the system recognize the clock speed and L3 cache?
Does it require an L3 enabler?

Please respond! Thanks for any replies!

The sonnet is about $50 more expensive, but I'm thinking it might be 
worth it since I never shut my system down anymore....I just use sleep 
mode.
