PowerLogix Stops?

The PowerLogix upgrade card I ordered form OWC just up and quit.  The screen
'froze' and then refused to start up.  When I put the original processor
back, the Cube works just fine.

So what is the story on PowerLogix and these 'freezes'?  Is there a FAQ
somewhere which addresses them?

I called OWC, but they require a 'case number' from PowerLogix before any
recourse.  Will call PowerLogix tomorrow.
