ebay complaints

On my last busiess trip home I met a camera cew from CBS who is doing a piece 
on ebay for 60 Minutes. That is one of the complaints that ebay does not 
repsond to complaints and does not police the frauds on their own turf and 
leaves their customers out of luck and broken down.
