The characteristics of the electronic parts do not 100% match between 
the same components. There are tolerances. So when the part is running 
on its limit, some of them might blow up, while some won't. In any 
case, it is not advisable for any of them.
Maybe I missed it earlier, but what is that "Japan specific" Sonnet 
policy you were talking about?
