well as usual when i upgrade my itunes i end up losing all my music 
when i plug in my ipod because i forget to turn off automatic sync. 
Anyway lost all my tunes which were mp3 at 190 so i decided to try this 
new format at 160 and started popping in all my cd's not even listening 
to them, well i just started listening and this new format is terrible 
nothing compared to my mp3's at 190 also during songs i hear the volume 
going up and down.
