[CUBE] Best bang for the buck CPU

Is there a fanless upgrade?  I am SO happy with my iMac and Cube that don't
have any noise (when the hard drive spins down I jump) so I don't wanna go
back to a system that makes noise.  Or is there another Mac that is fan free
or at least very quiet?  I was gonna buy an eMac for the superdrive but I
have read LOTS of complaints about the fan, same with the desktop.
