[CUBE] isub

I have an iSub connected to a good hub and it has always worked when
waking from sleep just fine for me. Of course, now I never put the Cube
to sleep anymore because I have a PL CPU upgrade, but that's a
different story...

Occasionally when it wakes, the sub volume is off, but if I just hit
either the up or down volume on the keyboard (just once) it gets back
in sync.

Just my experience...
