Actually, I do believe iDVD 1.0 was made for OS 9, and iDVD 2 became OS 
X only. I remember iDVD 2 being the highlight of the keynote that the 
flat panel iMac was "supposed" to be announced (MWNY '01), but wasn't, 
and as usual, everyone complained. ;¬)
