[CUBE] OT: permissions, and Re: [CUBE] UPGRADE TO 10.2.8

WTF, indeed... I never even knew about Permissions repair until OS 
X.ii... Strangely, my Cube has never had a problem with Permissions 
getting corrupted, but my iBook putzes it's Permissions on a 
stupid-regular basis... Must be some sort of voodoo, because there 
seems to be no predictable pattern to it...
