Sorry, can't agree there. I'm all for speaking ones mind providing it's 
truthfull and not overly offensive. Much better than the sanitised PC 
world we are all being forced to live in where we are discouraged from 
speaking our minds. That is one of the great things about mailing lists 
such as these and shouldn't be discouraged.

If Joel has said anything untrue, unfair, or otherwise distorted the 
truth, Robert has a right to reply and I would be interested in the 
response.

and remember.....Robert represents a company vying for our business 
against few competitors. Am I interested in just how badly customers 
are treated?.........YOU BET!
